1 Introduction & Scope of Service

We provide an online matrimony platform dedicated to facilitating matrimonial alliances for individuals of legal marriageable age, coupled with a curated directory of verified wedding service providers in Kerala and worldwide.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, the creation of member and service provider profiles, wallet transactions, and interactions with other users.

2 Eligibility Criteria

• Legal Age: In strict compliance with Indian marriage statutes (including The Prohibition of Child Marriage Act and applicable personal laws), individuals registering must be at least 18 years of age (for females) and 21 years of age (for males) at the time of registration.
• Marital Intent: Membership is intended solely for individuals seeking lawful matrimonial alliances on their own behalf or on behalf of their children, siblings, or wards. The platform is not a casual dating or social networking service.
• Legal Capacity: You confirm that you are not legally prohibited by any court order, decree, or applicable law from entering into a valid marriage.

3 Account Registration & Identity Verification

To ensure the integrity and safety of all members, users must provide truthful, accurate, and current information when creating a profile.

• Multi-Pillar Verification: All About Marry reserves the right to authenticate accounts via mobile OTP verification, valid Government photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence), and scheduled video calls.
• Prohibition of Misrepresentation: Uploading fabricated marital status, doctored photographs, false educational qualifications, or impostor identities constitutes a material breach and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance.

5 Member Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Dowry Policy

• Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961: All About Marry strictly condemns and prohibits any direct or indirect solicitation, negotiation, or expectation of dowry. Any profile found promoting dowry will be summarily banned and reported to relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Harassment & Inappropriate Messaging: Members must interact courteously. Unsolicited romantic spam, abusive language, vulgarity, or unsolicited commercial pitches are strictly grounds for immediate de-platforming.

6 Payment Processing & Gateway Security

All online payments on allaboutmarry.in are securely processed via Razorpay, an RBI-authorized and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator.

• Supported instruments include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, and NetBanking across leading Indian scheduled banks.
• No Financial Data Storage: All About Marry does not record, access, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. All sensitive payment tokens are encrypted and handled directly by the payment gateway.

7 Due Diligence Advisory & Disclaimer of Warranties

While All About Marry exercises rigorous verification measures, matrimony is a monumental personal and familial decision. Members and their families are strongly encouraged and expected to conduct independent background checks, verify family lineages, employment status, and personal character prior to formalizing an alliance or engaging in financial transactions outside the platform.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of your relationship with All About Marry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. The courts situated in Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters and controversies.
