Are credit purchases refundable?
In accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, credits once purchased and credited to your wallet are digital utility tokens and are strictly non-refundable. However, in the rare event of a failed or duplicate payment where money was debited without credit delivery, the transaction will be refunded to your original source within 5 to 7 working days.
What happens if a candidate declines my contact request?
If a candidate declines your contact reveal request, your credits are never wasted! Credits are only deducted when a contact exchange is accepted or unlocked per policy rules.
